Refund policy

We will endeavour to deliver within 8 business days from the date of the order. In many cases, this will be less.  If your item has not been received within 30 days, you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act.

When you receive your package, please open and remove the item very carefully, taking care if using scissors not to damage the contents.

If the item arrives and you are unhappy with your purchase (but the item is not faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit), you have 14 days from receiving the goods to inform us that you would like a refund. These are your online/distance selling rights. You are liable for the packaging and delivery costs in this instance. The parcel must be received by us within 14 days from the initial returns request. The parcel must be returned in the condition in which they were originally posted, an item that has been damaged or tampered with will result in a non-refund. Please refrain from opening any sealed plastic wrapping where possible. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is packaged sufficiently as any damage incurred during return transit will result in a non-refund. 

 

If an item is damaged in transit on its way to you, you are entitled to a refund. Please email us with photographs of the damage that has occurred so that we can prevent any further incidences and take it up with the relevant courier. If an item is not the item that was ordered or in some way faulty, please return your item for a refund. Your packaging and delivery costs will be covered, however it is still the customer's responsibility to ensure the packaging is sufficient on the return transit, as we cannot be liable for any damage incurred during the return journey.
