Famed for its furniture production, specifically the Windsor Chair, High Wycombe sits in the valley of the River Wye within the Chiltern Hills. A market town since the early 13th century, Cornmarket is where regular markets still take place. This central part of town houses the Guildhall (built in 1757) and The Little Market House dating from 1604.
